How to Find Us

Sacred Heart Primary is situated at 2 Darcy Road, Westmead and is part of the Westmead Catholic Community.

The school is located opposite a large hospital/medical research complex which has grown in both size and status since the school was founded. This has created demand for student places and provided opportunities for the school and students to participate in and learn from the work of these institutions.

Sacred Heart Primary is part of a Catholic educational community which includes Catherine McAuley Westmead, Parramatta Marist High School, Sacred Heart Primary Westmead and Sacred Heart Primary (RS). The centre of this community is the Sacred Heart parish.

Bus

The main bus operator for services direct to school is Transit Systems and CDC who operate Hillsbus. These services cover many of the surrounding suburbs and route details are available at:

Sacred Heart Catholic Primary Westmead students

Drop Off / Pick Up

Morning: Students may be dropped off at the Kiss and Drop area inside the Westmead Catholic Community. Enter via Gate 3 on Darcy Road. The Kiss and Drop area is adjacent to the Sacred Heart Primary administration office.

Afternoon: Enter via Gate 3 on Darcy Road and arrive no earlier than 2:45pm to help reduce traffic congestion.

From 2:45pm – 3:00pm, students will be collected from two Kiss and Drop zones:

A – K surnames: Bus zone
L – Z surnames: Kiss and Drop zone adjacent to the primary school reception.

From 3:00pm, all students can be collected from the Kiss and Drop zone adjacent to the primary school reception.

Your student-allocated identifier should be displayed on your vehicle windscreen or dashboard. A supervising staff member will call your child to the collection point to assist with traffic flow.
